Time Availability
One on One Pilates Fitness Training Facility: I currently have two (three days a week) time available. I have two morning times that are on waiting lists. If your interested in personal training, please give me a call for time availability.

Fitxtremekickboxing is taking off. Im limiting the class to 20, and I currently have 15 participants. Sign ups are first come, first serve. Enrollment in the class is on the 1st of each month and is limited to the first 20.

New Software
I have purchased a composition tracker software that allows me to enter in bodyfat % and circumference measurements. Each time I enter in the new measurements, it tracks by graph gains or loss and analyzes where you should be by gender, age and basal metabolic rate.

Phil isnt a person who jumps on a band wagon or tries to sell you a gimmick, he informs his readers about how to get into shape, and backs it up with research.
