This year has definitely started with a bang. Where to begin? First I would like to thank all of my friends, family and clients for a great 2003. I know that this year is going to be just as awesome with new opprotunities, meeting new people and moving forward to a better and brighter life.

One thing that I learned this past year is that this is a big world with limits only placed on us by ourselves. We control our actions, reactions and motives. We alone stand accountable when we look at ourselves in the mirror in the morning. When facing life’s challenges, do so in a way that when all is said and done, you can honestly say that you did all you could do.

Remember too, we can’t control circumstance, people or life itself. What we can control is how we react. Life’s too short to sweat the small stuff. I believe that the destruction, devastation and heartache in our lives and the lives around us can be prevented if we are able to set one thing aside--PRIDE. I encourage those who read this to start 2004 off with something that society has dubbed as a "weakness" if we show it--HUMILITY. So let’s get started, shall we?

Personal Training

I’m providing personal fitness training at Rhonda’s Fitness Center which is located at 686 E. Bullard between First and Fresno Street. I’m providing personal fitness training at George Brown’s Sports Club located at 1570 E Ness Ave. Beginning January 5th, 2004, I will be offering 1 on 1 kickboxing training at this location. Starting the first week of February I will be doing group circuit training at Gb3 Tuesday and Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. To 7:00 p.m. Group will be limited to four. FitXtremekickboxing
I’m offering group kickboxing/circut training at Rhonda’s Fitness Center on Monday and Wednesday’s from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. I have extended the group maximum to 6. I currently have 2 openings for this group. This one hour training is for all abilities. If your interested in joining this group, I will provide one hour of instruction, one on one prior to starting the group so that "new comers" feel more comfortable and have a sense of class direction. Kickboxing class will be held on Saturday’s at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Cynthia Merril's Dance Studio located on Blackstone, one block south of Shaw.

This month has proven to be amazing. The Fittrainer1on1 website has had over 56,000 hits so far this month. People are receiving this newsletter as far away as England, Greece, Poland and Germany. The mailing list keeps growing. Because of this, I have decided to produce an informative newsletter based on upcoming events, fitness and nutrition. The newsletter will be released with four editions per year. I have had quite a few requests come through for link exchange. If you own a company or online business I would be happy to exchange links with you. I have had to turn down several requests because I do not post links with websites that offer the following: steriods, HGH, synthetic hormones, Ephedra, or fad diet based sites.
